One of our radiators had stopped working and our boiler had lost pressure. Liam came round and fixed the issue very quickly. I asked if he could do a boiler service at the same time, as the work has only taken a couple of minutes and we were due a service soon. He said he didn't have time to do one at that point but we could book one online.I've since been charged for an hour's labour, although when Liam came round he didn't have time to stay and do an hour's labour. I understand that the price was set before the repair, but I think I expected him to be willing to stay for an hour if necessary. I've sent a couple of emails asking whether we could have a discount off a subsequent boiler service and haven't had any reply.

What do I do if my boiler isn’t working?
Firstly make sure everything is safe. If there are any water leaks do your best to contain them or turn the water off at the stop tap.
If there are any smells of gas turn the gas off at the meter and immediately call the emergency gas supplier on 0800 111 999. They will attend to make sure your property is safe.

How long will it take to repair my boiler?
It all depends on what’s wrong with it. We aim to fix most boilers on our first visit. But sometimes due to availability of parts we may need to order them and will be the following day. We work with the UK’s largest parts suppliers so most parts are available next day Our aim is to complete every job within 24-48 of you contacting us.
I’m not sure if my boiler is under warranty or not?
The best way to find this out is contact the boiler manufacturer and give them your postcode and boiler serial number. They will be able to tell you if the boiler is still covered under their boiler warranty scheme.
I can’t afford to get my boiler fixed

Liam is a top guy. Had a couple of bits done by him now including a brand new boiler installation and a new sink fitting. He also came out and capped off a gas pipe free of charge when we needed it doing ASAP. Would highly recommend!
