Hey folks, it's your friendly neighbourhood boiler experts here, giving you a rundown of the exciting week we had at "Your Boiler Experts"!
Monday was a busy day for us as we repaired three boilers and serviced two, but that wasn't all! Our team also made a trip to the local church to clear an air lock. We love to lend a helping hand to the community, and nothing beats a good old-fashioned air lock clearing to start off the week!
Tuesday brought an adventure for our technician, Liam. He traveled all the way from Leeds to Clacton-on-Sea in the early hours of the morning to attend his Level 3 in air source heat pump installation course. That's dedication, folks!
For the next three days, Liam soaked up all the knowledge at the HPIN state-of-the-art training centre, learning all there is to know about the latest technology. We can't wait to get stuck in and start working on heat pumps.
Liam returned to Leeds Thursday evening bringing his newfound expertise with him ready for the rest of the week.
And finally, Friday was back to business as usual, with another day filled with boiler repairs and servicing. We love what we do, and it shows in the quality of our work. Every customer has heating and hot water and happy with what we’ve done.
